Meet Our Founder
Sgt. Alex Carter (Ret.)
Sgt. Alex Carter is a retired U.S. Army Non-Commissioned Officer who served with distinction during Operation Iraqi Freedom. After completing his military service, Alex dedicated himself to helping fellow veterans navigate the often complex and confusing world of VA benefits.
With over 10 years of experience as an accredited VA Claims Agent, Alex has personally assisted hundreds of veterans in securing the benefits they've earned. He holds certifications from the VA and regularly attends training sessions to stay current with the latest changes in VA regulations and procedures.
"Too many of my fellow veterans struggle with understanding 'VA Math' and the complexities of the benefits system," says Alex. "I created these tools because every veteran deserves clear, accurate information about their benefits without having to navigate through sales pitches or confusing bureaucracy."
